Return Policy

 

HOMETOWNINSPIRATION.COM RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original, salable condition within 30 days of purchase date; undamaged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Face Masks cannot be returned. 

We provide a  shipping label for your return or exchange if damaged. For returns for refund, customer will pay for shipping item back and once in hands the full refund of purchase will be reimbursed. Returns for exchange or store credit are completely free. If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process.  When we receive your returned item(s) we will process your store credit, exchange, or refund.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.



HOW TO SEND US YOUR RETURN

Email matt@hometowninspiration.com with order# to initiate your return. Once initiated, we will process a return shipping label sent to the email address used at checkout. 



WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER?

If you don’t have your order number, this information can be obtained by going to hometowninspiration.com, logging into your account and viewing your order history. Alternatively, your order number can be found in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping email.



WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 



EXCHANGES

Initiate your exchange by emailing matt@hometowninspiration.com. Once we have received your return item we will ship the new item. Once your return item(s) are received it generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the exchange order. If your requested exchange item is not available at time of processing, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.



WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We work hard to ensure our products are in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from hometowninspiration.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact matt@hometowninspiration.com within 30 days of delivery to report it.
